Privacy Policy

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Using our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data (for example name, address or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data is not passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Relevant legal bases

In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we inform you of the legal bases of our data processing: consent (Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 7 GDPR), performance of a contract and requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), vital interests (Art. 6(1)(d) GDPR).

Cooperation with processors and third parties

Insofar as we disclose data to other persons and companies in the course of our processing, this is done only on the basis of a legal permission, your consent, a legal obligation or our legitimate interests. Processing on our behalf is carried out on the basis of Art. 28 GDPR.

Transfers to third countries

Processing in third countries only takes place where the specific requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are met — e.g. on the basis of an officially recognised finding of a level of data protection equivalent to that of the EU, or recognised contractual obligations (standard contractual clauses).

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

Right of withdrawal and objection

You have the right to withdraw consent given pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR with effect for the future, and to object to future processing at any time in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

Server logs, cookies & SSL

When you visit this website, your browser sends information for technical reasons (browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, page visited, date and time, IP address) to the internet service provider (Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Str. 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany). This data does not allow any attribution to a person and is deleted after statistical evaluation.

The web pages partly use cookies. Most are „session cookies" that are automatically deleted after your visit. You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases.

To protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL encryption, recognisable by „https://" and the padlock symbol in the browser bar.

Google Analytics 4 (web analytics)

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes, among other things, shortened IP addresses (IP anonymisation enabled) in order to analyse the use of the website. Processing takes place solely on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Measurement ID: G-C52XLYHR27.

Consent management (Klaro)

To manage your consent, we use the self-hosted open-source solution Klaro (KIProtect GmbH, Berlin, BSD-3-Clause). No analytics or marketing services are loaded without your consent. We store your decision in a first-party cookie („faf_consent", lifetime 180 days). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the „Cookie settings" link in the footer. To prevent abuse, we log consents in pseudonymised form (SHA-256 hash of IP and browser identifier, no plaintext IP).

Objection to advertising emails

The use of contact data published under the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising is hereby objected to. The operators reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information.
